1. Customer Responsibilities

- 2Only scan the QR code when your phone has an active Wi-Fi or cellular internet connection.
- 3Keep your QR code confidential after purchase to prevent unauthorized device activation.
2. Service Liability & Scope
GetTrip guarantees the issuance of valid eSIM profiles with promised data allowances and durations. Actual network speeds abroad depend on local carrier coverage (SoftBank, Docomo, Singtel, China Unicom, T-Mobile, etc.).
